The Medical Services Department (MSD) at the Ministry of Defense covers a huge spectrum of more than 26 military hospitals across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The MSD current system for Archiving and Correspondence Management is very traditional, which lacked a lot of functionalities pertaining to Task Management and Correspondence Governance, in addition to having an outdated user experience which does not fit anymore in today’s consumerized , task and data driven workplace
As a pivotal step towards Digital Transformation, the MSD at the Ministry of Defense has placed its trust with CompTechCo, for its proven track record in delivering best in class Document and Correspondence Management Frameworks; the launching of the new platform was filled with many challenges, which due to its proven best practices, CompTechCo was able to overcome, migrating more than 3 million records and documents from the existing LaserFiche solution to the next generation Content Services and Correspondence Framework, based on the ISO certified Everteam platform
