The National Water Company has decided to award CompTechCo a strategic project which pertains to Correspondence and Document Management; the project will address the needs of more than 1000 end users, to automate and govern all types of internal, incoming and outgoing correspondences, as an essential foundation for Digitally transforming the NWC working environment, and provide a more agile and intelligent approach to the notion of task management, as it would be incorporated in the framework for Correspondence Tracking, based on the ISO certified Everteam platform.
The solution will also integrate with NWC mission critical back-office systems, such as ERP and CRM, in addition to providing a comprehensive ‘Analytical layer” as part of the Executive user experience, which will bring native IOS and Android versions of the Everteam Correspondence Solution to the complete NWC top management.
Furthermore, the solution will incorporate a smart and reusable e-Templates library , which would address the need to automate the creation of the correspondence, not just the capture. The e-Templates library, along with other Everteam extensions, such as Business Activity Monitoring, Digital Signature and Universal Viewer for e-Annotations and document masking, will provide the right combination of ingredients for a sustainable, organized and secure paperless office.
