From onboarding to loan request and approval, the Customer Journey is streamlined and frictionless, empowered by CompTechCo’s flagship Orchestra Digital Service Platform, which provides a comprehensive service catalogue, and allows investors to register, onboard, request loans and track the progress, all the way through Digital Signature in case of loan approval.
